How it works
You describe yourself
A few sentences in your own words. Interests, what you are building, who you look after, what is heavy at the moment. The more specific, the kinder the messages. You can change it whenever you like.
The duck writes ahead
A week of messages is written in advance, each one built around a different detail you gave. Every sentence is checked before it is kept: one plain sentence, no advice, no stock phrases, nothing you have already received.
They arrive unannounced
One to six a day, at random moments inside your waking hours, as ordinary notifications. Tap the heart on the ones that land, and the app keeps them.
What it will never do
- Ask you to create an account or sign in.
- Send what you write anywhere. There is no server, no analytics and no advertising.
- Give advice, set reminders or cheer you on with slogans.
- Talk about your body, your health, your money or your love life.
- Repeat itself. Delivered messages are remembered and never sent twice.

What you need
An iPhone running iOS 26 or later. Personalised messages need Apple Intelligence, which means an iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. On other iPhones the app still works and sends a set of general messages instead, and says so on its home screen.
Notifications are optional, but without them nothing arrives. The app explains how to turn them on if you change your mind.
